What will you be doing?

As our Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the Ipswich area by:

- Identifying and winning new business through cold calling, networking, lead follow-up and relationship building
- Developing and maintaining robust client partnerships through regular meetings and targeted campaigns
- Negotiating and securing business agreements
- Working closely with the recruitment hub to maximize business opportunities you generate
- Ensuring compliance records are accurate and up to date

This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships.

What do you need to succeed?

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- A strong ability to generate new business sales
- Passion, energy and a “can do” attitude
- Resilience, determination and a genuine desire to succeed
- Proven experience in recruitment sales or business development
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Confidence in building trust and credibility with customers
- Experience in sales, recruitment, transport, driving or logistics would be highly regarded, as we are ideally looking for someone who can make an immediate impact. However, just as important is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the motivation to grow with us.
