With a strong pipeline of luxury residential projects across Sydney's Northern Beaches, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of project delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing all on-site operations and delivering high-end residential projects from excavation through to handover.

The Role

You will take complete control of site operations, ensuring every detail reflects Futureflip's standards.

Key responsibilities

- Manage daily site operations, trades, programme and logistics
- Drive build timelines and maintain momentum on site
- Uphold high standards of safety and environmental compliance
- Deliver exceptional finish quality across all stages
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification

About You

You are proactive, organised and solutions-focused. You lead from the front and don't compromise on quality.

You bring:





- 4+ years' experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction
- Proven delivery of design-driven homes
- Strong leadership of trades and subcontractors
- Excellent time management and programming capability
- Outstanding communication and attention to detail
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
- White Card

Highly regarded:

- Carpentry background
- Masonry and concrete construction experience
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction
