About the Role
We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to join us in a Practice Manager/Senior Administrative role. This position is suited to an experienced Practice Manager or a strong dental administrator ready to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow
- Manage staff rostering and schedules
- Handle general administration and patient coordination
- Support the team to maintain high standards of care
- Liaise with clinicians to ensure efficient appointment flow
About You
- Practice Manager experience or solid dental administration background with leadership skills
- Confident in rostering and organisation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Ideally located within 10–20 km of South Melbourne
