We are seeking multiple Maintenance Electricians to join a well-established food production facility in Young, NSW. Working within a modern processing environment, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining plant reliability, supporting production uptime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Electrical breakdown and preventative maintenance across production equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshooting on automated processing lines
- PLC and control system diagnostics
- Supporting planned shutdowns and maintenance projects
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site standards
About You
- Current NSW Electrical Licence (Essential)
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with automated equipment and control systems
- A proactive, safety-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
