Banktech is a leading provider of cash management, digital payments and gaming technology for the Australian hospitality industry (clubs and pubs).

With over 30 years of industry experience and strong customer relationships, we're looking for a capable Sales manager to drive the growth of our new software solutions and expand our customer base.

You will be responsible for leveraging existing customers and driving recent business sales and revenue growth for SaaS, developing strategic sales opportunities, managing customer relationships and building a sustainable pipeline of growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve targets.

New business development and management of sales pipeline.

Managing the sales cycle from prospecting through to contract execution.

Ensuring the achievement of financial targets, sales budgets and conversion ratios.

Building long term strategic relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.





Maintaining CRM systems to ensure all data is relevant.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

Demonstrated success in B2B sales, business development or account management

Proven sales experience in software, SaaS, technology or business solutions.

Strong business development, relationship management and negotiation skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills.

Ability to travel to meet with clients, attend tradeshows and industry events, including periodic interstate travel.

Experience selling into hotels, clubs or related would be an advantage.
