We're Hiring: Project Lead / PMO Coordinator Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-LevelAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Project Lead / PMO Coordinator to oversee project execution, strengthen PMO governance, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project performance, and support project governance while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy leading projects, managing stakeholders, improving processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject LeadershipLead and coordinate multiple projects from initiation through successful completion. Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, deliverables, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution.

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

PMO Coordination & GovernanceSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, standards, and best practices. Maintain project governance frameworks, documentation, and reporting standards. Track project portfolios and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, and management presentations. Ensure compliance with organizational project management processes and governance requirements. Support project audits,



resource planning, and portfolio reviews.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives. Coordinate communication between internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders. Support business transformation and organizational improvement initiatives.

Provide project updates and recommendations to senior management. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across project teams. Process Improvement & Business SupportIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.

Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in developing business cases, project proposals, and strategic reports. Analyze project performance data and recommend process enhancements.

Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, or business operations. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com,



or Smartsheet. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or project reporting tools is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred.
