Little Genesis Early Learning Centre is an initiative of Genesis Christian College, Bray Park and is an early learning centre for children aged from 6 weeks through to Kindergarten. We exist to nurture a love of Christ, a love of learning and a love of life.

We are seeking to employ an experienced Lead Educator to join our experienced and passionate team of Early Childhood professionals. Our Early Learning Centre is conveniently located on the grounds of Genesis Christian College at Bray Park.We are looking for a team member who will share their passion for Early Childhood Education and Care. The successful applicant will need to be supportive of the philosophy and aims of a Christian Independent School and Christian ethos and be willing to embed these values into the curriculum.

This position is permanent, Part-Time (minimum 2 days/week)

To be successful, you will have:

- ADiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or be working towards it
- HLTAID012 – First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Management certificates
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- National Child Safety Training
- Experience working within an Early Childhood environment
- An understanding of a play-basedinquiryprogram and the National Quality Framework.




- Ability to confidently and effectively communicate withfamilies to build collaborative Educational partnerships
- Astrong belief in the importance of ‘deep engagement’ and active supervision in relation to play
- A high degree of enthusiasm and energy to work in outdoor and physical environments
