About the Role
You’ll work closely with an experienced support team, providing holistic financial advice to a diverse client base, including regional and rural clients.
Rather than being thrown into aggressive KPIs, you’ll be given the time to understand the business, build relationships with clients and establish yourself before revenue expectations commence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing holistic financial advice across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, wealth creation and personal insurance.
- Conducting client meetings and annual reviews.
- Developing and implementing tailored financial strategies.
- Building trusted,
long-term client relationships.
- Working collaboratively with an experienced Client Services and Adviser Support team.
- Contributing to the continued growth of the business.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has approximately 2+ years' experience providing holistic financial advice.
- Is authorised (or eligible to become authorised) to provide personal financial advice.
- Enjoys building genuine, long-term client relationships.
- Has robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Values being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
- Is comfortable servicing regional and rural clients.
