The Pipeline: Seamlessly transition into a solid pipeline of high-rise and mid-rise residential projects across South East Queensland ($60M - $300M value).
The Company: A financially stable, integrated developer-builder known for delivering high-end finishes, maintaining realistic programs, and keeping construction teams consistent from project to project.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality & Defecting: Lead the defecting process from Sheetrock stage through to final paint, ensuring a high standard of finish.
- Subcontractor Management: Manage and coordinate finishing trades (tiling, joinery, painting, services fit-off) to maintain the program.
- Handover: Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to facilitate smooth handovers to the QA and building management teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Finishes Foreman or Finishing Supervisor on multi-residential apartment builds ($40M+).
- Eye for Detail: A reputation for high standards and an uncompromising eye for detail in high-end joinery, tiling, and services coordination.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to push subcontractors firmly but fairly to achieve deadlines.
- Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of QLD building codes, safety regulations, and a reliable network of local SEQ finishing trades.
- Qualifications: Trade background with a current QLD Supervisor Licence preferred to go with a valid White Card, and First AID.
