Primary Production Coordinator (Beef) | Brisbane
About the Role
As the Primary Production Coordinator (Beef), you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of Hewitt's beef production plans through strong partnerships with our third-party processing facilities. Working closely with operations,logisticsand processing partners, you will help drive efficiency,maintainproduct qualitystandardsand support the delivery of premium beef products to customers. This is ahandsoncoordination role suited to someone who enjoys balancing operational planning,relationshipmanagementand continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute beef production plans to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Monitor production schedules, outputperformanceand delivery outcomes.
- Support quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with processing specifications and standards.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with third-party beef processing partners.
- Analyse production,inventoryand customer feedback data toidentifyimprovement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
About You
You are an organised and collaborative supply chain or production professional with experience in meat processing, primary production,manufacturingor agricultural operations. You enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and can confidently manage competing priorities whilemaintaininghigh standardsof quality and accuracy. With a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills, you are motivated by solving problems, improvingprocessesand contributing to business success.
You Will Bring
- Experience in beef production, meat processing,
livestockoperationsor a related industry.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, qualityassuranceand processing requirements.
- Strong communicationand relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Highly developed analytical skills and confidence working with operational data and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and a continuous improvement mindset.
