Casual Position | 3-5 Hour Shifts | Thursday-Sunday | Northern Beaches

As one of Australia's leading gymnastics clubs, we inspire thousands of children every week to become happier, healthier and more confident through movement. We're looking for passionate, outgoing people to join our brand-new Community Brand Ambassador Team and become the face of our organisation throughout the Northern Beaches.

This isn't a retail job. It isn't standing behind a counter waiting for people to walk past.

It's about creating genuine connections with families, making unforgettable first impressions and helping children take their very first step into gymnastics.

What you'll be doing

- Welcoming families to our professionally branded activation site at local shopping centres.

- Starting genuine conversations with parents about how Manly Gymnastics helps children grow in confidence, resilience and wellbeing.

- Creating excitement for children by handing out balloons and making every interaction memorable.

- Helping families register for a free trial and become part of the Manly Gymnastics community.

- Collecting and returning our branded activation equipment at the beginning and end of each shift.





- You'll work independently throughout your shift while being part of a close-knit Community Brand Ambassador Team, with a structured handover between each activation.

About you

You're someone who:

- Loves meeting new people and can comfortably start conversations with anyone.

- Brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude wherever you go.

- Is confident working independently and takes pride in representing a qualified organisation.

- Has outstanding communication and customer service skills.

- Is reliable, organised and takes ownership of their work.

- Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle (essential).

Experience in hospitality, retail, events, customer service, promotions or sales is highly regarded—but personality, confidence and attitude are what matter most.
