Design & Build Recruitment – Sydney Hills District NSW is seeking a Cost Planner to join a well-established residential developer builder. You will report to the Senior Cost Planner and focus on measurement, pricing support, and detailed BOQs for medium-density residential projects.

Responsibilities include preparing accurate Bills of Quantities from drawings, completing detailed take-offs, reviewing architectural and construction docs for scope gaps, assisting with tender packages and pricing
