Yea and District Memorial Hospital (YDMH) is looking for a motivated and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurse/s (EEN)to join our dedicated clinical team on a Permanent Part-Time basis (with full-time considered for the right candidate). If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and want to make a real impact in a vibrant rural community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this rewarding role, you'll have the chance to work across a variety of meaningful clinical settings, including:

- Acute Care and Urgent Care
- Residential Aged Care
- Nursing Home
- Hostel

Working collaboratively alongside Registered Nurses and a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll play a central role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care to our patients, residents and broader community. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll be a valued contributor to the health and wellbeing of the people who call this region home.

About You

To thrive in this role, you'll bring the following skills and qualities:

- Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Medication endorsement and demonstrated medication administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and continuous quality improvement
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team




- Flexibility to work across a range of clinical settings
- Experience in acute and/or aged care nursing (desirable)
