ACE Materials Handling Pty Ltd is an Australian owned engineering and materials handling company which has been operating since 1991 with branches in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Cairns, Gladstone, and Townsville. We provide services to clients in all industries through inspection, service, maintenance & repair of their materials handling equipment and other assets.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Technician to provide excellent support to our growing Cairns team in a full-time capacity. We are seeking a Competency-based Service Technician and welcome candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds, including commercial, domestic and industrial environments as we will provide internal training for the right candidate looking to embark in our industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for undertaking high-quality inspections, servicing, maintenance,



repairs and breakdown assistance for our customers on a variety of materials handling equipment. Our clients range from industrial, civil, government, aviation, marina and defence, providing a diverse range of work to those who seek it, with the opportunity to primarily work in specific areas noted for the right candidate.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications and attributes are essential;

- White Card (or ability to obtain)
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude and approach to challenges
- The ability to problem solve with solid diagnostic skills
- Restricted Electrical Licence
