The Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, responsible for all aspects of front office reception. Your role will include:

- Delivering exceptional, personalised service to guests.
- Responding to accommodation inquiries.
- Processing reservations.
- Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and local area.




- Ensuring the seamless operation of the reception desk.

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a passion for customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, and a highly team orientated ethos.

Previous experience in front office reception within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industries is highly desirable. Other customer-facing roles, such as retail, will also be considered.

Key Requirements:

- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
