Based in Rydalmere, we are an established manufacturer and supplier of custom-made cable assemblies to local and overseas customers.
About the Role:
As a Process Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the daily operation of cable assembly and machinery. Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols are crucial aspects of this role. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for meeting production schedules and maintaining a productive work environment.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Daily operation of cable assembly and machinery.
Consistently work to a high standard and ensure quality of work is maintained.
Adhere to safe operating procedures.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers.
Involves repetitive tasks and some lifting.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 7:15am to 3:30pm on a 38 hour week.
Able to start immediately.
Skills / Experience and Attributes:
Experience is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
Excellent attention to detail, quality and workmanship.
Good eye sight and hand skills.
Reliable transport to the workplace.
Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
Ability to monitor quality control of own work.
Positive communication skills and good team work.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn with a 'can-do' attitude .
