AMS are excited to offer an entry level Accounts Receivable Officer role where you will be joining an experienced, fun and vibrant team!

In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's accounts and invoices, reporting to the Accounts Supervisor. Your role will include but not limit to:

- Check and ensure invoices generated to clients are billed correctly and posted into SAP Business One.
- Experience with SAP Business One is preferred for this role.
- Ensure all the warehousing clients are billed by Tuesday afternoon weekly.




- Prepare Statement of accounts and Aging details for all customers weekly.
- Manage and update customers' database on credit application.
- Inter-company billing and settlements
- Assist in the process of invoices for oversea customers
- Answer queries from internal & external parties
- Manage Ledgers and month end duties.
- Assist the Financial Controller with other accounting duties as needed

- Demonstrated relationship management skills
- Certificate or Diploma qualification is required.
- Minimum 1 year of accounts receivable experience is required.
