We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Seven Hills industrial team, supporting clients across Western and South West Sydney in the warehousing, logistics and manufacturing sectors.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll spend your day interviewing candidates, coordinating recruitment activities and keeping the recruitment process moving.
Whether you've worked in recruitment before or come from a busy customer service, administration, retail or hospitality background, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Interviewing candidates over the phone and face-to-face
- Managing individual and shared inboxes
- Answering candidate and client enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating onboarding, including VEVO and compliance checks
- Posting job advertisements and managing applications
- Screening resumes and matching candidates to suitable roles
- Updating candidate records in our recruitment system
- Visiting client sites across Western and South West Sydney when required
- Completing manual handling assessments
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Has great communication skills
- Can manage multiple tasks at once and work well under pressure
- Is organised and has valuable attention to detail
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
- Available to work Monday - Friday
- Can travel to Seven hills office
- Wants to build a long-term career in recruitment
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
