The manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including staffing, shift coordination, and ensuring adherence to McDonald’s standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Responsibilities include coaching and supervising crew, managing inventory and ordering, monitoring sales and costs, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves supporting hiring and onboarding, implementing local marketing initiatives,



maintaining compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.
