Join the talented team at Enchanted Forest Early Learning as an Assistant Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care for the children in our vibrant early learning centre in Chermside, Queensland.
What you'll be doing
Assist with supporting Lead Educators to plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programs that stimulate children's learning and development
Create a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment where children can learn and play
Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in professional development
What we're looking for
A relevant early childhood qualification, like a certificate III or studying towards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
A genuine passion for early childhood education and gaining more knowledge around child development.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
A current First Aid certificate, including CPR, a National Child Safety Foundation Certificate and a valid Working with Children Check.
