About the Role

As a Comms Technician, you'll work across a diverse range of customer sites delivering innovative technology solutions that support critical infrastructure and essential services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Installation and commissioning of communications cabling systems
- Deployment of cutting-edge cloud-based and IoT technologies
- Installation and support of CCTV, security and access control systems
- Delivery of audio visual and public address (PA) solutions
- Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- IT, communications and electronic security infrastructure projects
- Participation in major rollout and upgrade programs
- Supporting a broad national customer base across multiple industries
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:





- Previous experience in communications, data or electrical installations
- A solid focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Pride in delivering high-quality outcomes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilityThe ability to work independently and within a team environment
- A willingness to learn and develop across multiple technologies
- Experience with Audio Visual, Security or Access Control systems (highly regarded)
- IT networking and computer skills (advantageous)

Essential Qualifications

- ACMA Open Cabler Registration Licence and/or Electrical Licence
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Construction Industry White Card
- Full Australian Working Rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
