Whilst studying a Certificate III in Electrotechnology working with Peabody Energy over 4 years, you’ll have the opportunity to work on:

- General maintenance on mining machinery/equipment/site
- Read electrical diagrams, drawings, or specifications to determine job requirements
- Test, locate, and repair electrical faults
- Service and repair existing mining equipment
- Assist in general duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence, and ability of an apprentice.

- You’re reliable and ready to give your best each day.
- Robust mathematic ability.
- Enjoy maintaining physical fitness.
- Ability to attend 8-week TAFE course commencing January 2027

Must-haves -

- Current drivers licence (provisional or above)
- White Card
- Willingness to undergo a Coal Board Order 45 Medical, Functional, and Respirator Fit Test
