The Role
As a dedicated Site Manager, your primary goal is to oversee and lead the seamless delivery of your projects, ensuring compliance with quality, timelines, health and safety, and labour regulations. Your role extends to managing preliminary stages within the assigned budget, making you a pivotal player in our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers, fostering strong working relationships.
- Coordinating project timelines, resources, and schedules.
- Keeping a close eye on project budgets and costs.
- Problem-solving, making critical decisions to address any challenges that arise.
We're looking for a Site Manager with:
- Proven experience in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to commercial and projects in the educational sector.
- A solid understanding of project management, safety protocols, and quality control.
- QBCC Supervisors licence
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
