Oscars Group's Horizon Restaurant on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering premium buffet service and evolving this iconic dining concept.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure quality and consistency, manage menu execution, buffet presentation, stock, and HACCP compliance in a rapid-paced, high-volume setting, with weekend/evening availability.
