This is an opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician turned Project Manager to take full ownership of industrial electrical projects — from planning and scheduling through to delivery, commissioning, and handover. You'll be leading site teams, managing budgets, and building client relationships across a diverse portfolio of industrial projects.

$160,000+ base salary (commensurate with experience) + company vehicle + superannuation

What you'll be doing:





Leading industrial electrical projects end‑to‑end — planning, scheduling, resourcing, delivery, commissioning, and handover

Coordinating electricians, site teams, subcontractors, and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards

Managing project budgets, costs, forecasting, and resource allocation

Building and maintaining solid client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Liaising with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the operations team

Providing technical guidance and support to site teams across industrial electrical works

Ensuring all work is delivered in line with Australian Standards, compliance requirements, and WHS obligations including SWMS/JSA documentation

Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to protect delivery outcomes

To be considered for this role:

Experience as an industrial electrician with a strong trade background

Proven experience managing industrial electrical projects and leading site teams

Current electrician's licence (NSW, or a current interstate licence recognised in NSW)

Hands‑on technical expertise across industrial electrical systems including switchboards, motor control centres, power distribution, and industrial plant equipment

Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resourcing

Strong client and stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with plant managers and operations teams

Strong safety awareness and genuine commitment to OHS compliance

Experience within food and beverage, manufacturing, utilities, refrigeration, or pharmaceutical environments (highly regarded)

Experience delivering design‑and‑construct or turnkey industrial electrical projects, with familiarity across PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems (highly regarded)

Current Australian driver's licence, full working rights, and willingness to travel to regional and interstate project sites
