First Choice Care is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to work as Clinical Facilitators, supporting nursing students during their clinical placements across the Sunshine Coast. As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll guide students through real-world clinical practice, helping build their skills, confidence, and clinical judgement.
About you
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Completion of (or willingness to complete) the Clinical Facilitation short course
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment, postgraduate study, or teaching experience highly regarded
