Saltbush Social Enterprises is seeking a First Nations Male Mentor in Tennant Creek for the REAL Program. The role delivers one-on-one and group mentoring with culturally secure, trauma-informed guidance to help First Nations participants access education, employment and community reconnection.
The position is part-time (0.5 FTE), fixed term until 30 June 2030, with remuneration of $80k–$85k pro rata plus 12% super, salary packaging and five weeks annual leave.
