We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mentor to support individuals facing barriers to employment, education, and training. Using a strengths-based approach, you will empower participants to build confidence, set goals, overcome challenges, and achieve positive life and career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching.
- Support participants to identify goals and develop action plans.
- Assist individuals to overcome personal, social, and employment barriers.
- Encourage engagement in training, education, and employment pathways.
- Maintain accurate participant records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with trainers, community services, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver culturally safe, respectful, and participant-focused support.

- Commitment to empowering people through strengths-based practices.

Desirable

- Experience working with culturally diverse communities.
- Knowledge of employment, training, and community support services.
