About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Australian operations in a standalone generalist role. This is a key position supporting a high-growth business and reporting directly to the Global HR Director.
You’ll partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical, commercial HR support across the full employee lifecycle, while also contributing to HR systems improvement as we transition to Dayforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR advice across the employee lifecycle
- Manage employee relations matters (performance, grievances, misconduct)
- Support workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
- Assist with contracts, variations,
onboarding and exits
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards and EA’s
- Support HRIS (Employment Hero → Dayforce) and reporting
- Coordinate performance reviews and probation processes
- Support engagement, onboarding and HR communications
About You
- Experience as an HR BP or Senior HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment
- Solid employee relations and Australian employment law knowledge
- Confident managing stakeholders and working autonomously
- High attention to detail with strong organisation skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce/Employment Hero desirable)
