To help deliver that vision, we are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our Executive Leadership Team.

You may already be an experienced Operations Manager looking for your next challenge. Or perhaps you're an accomplished Venue Manager, ready to step into a broader executive leadership role. Either way, you will bring:

- Proven leadership within a significant hospitality, club, hotel or entertainment business.
- The ability to inspire,



mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial judgement and financial understanding.
- A sound knowledge of liquor, gaming and AML/CTF compliance.
- Experience delivering operational excellence across multiple business units.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with senior executives and Boards.
- A genuine passion for people, customer experience and community.
