Tony Isgrove’s Paint and Decorate is looking for a reliable, organised and hands‑on Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operation of our factory and support our project teams across Sydney.

This is a varied role suited to someone with previous experience working in a paint shop, paint warehouse or painting‑related environment. You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organised, preparing paint and equipment for upcoming projects, and assisting our Project Managers with deliveries and site preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised warehouse
- Mix and prepare paints for upcoming projects
- Colour match paints accurately
- Label, organise and prepare paint for delivery to job sites
- Prepare tools, equipment and materials required for upcoming projects
- Deliver paint, equipment and other gear to job sites
- Assist Project Managers with site deliveries and logistics
- Place notices at upcoming job sites
- Move and transport company trailers when required
- Monitor warehouse stock and advise when materials need to be reordered




- Ensure equipment and materials are stored correctly and ready for use

About You

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience working in a paint shop, paint warehouse or similar environment
- Have experience mixing and colour matching paint
- Be organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
- Be physically capable of lifting and moving paint, equipment and materials
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Be confident driving a company vehicle and towing or moving trailers
- Have strong attention to detail and valuable communication skills
