Role: Process Worker ANZSIC CODE 839999 Classification: Timber Industry Award - Level 2 Rate: 55,000 - 65,000 AUD/Year

Location: Raleigh NSW 2454 Work Schedule: Minimum 38hrs/week Monday- Friday but hours may change for shift work or weekends. Full time ongoing position (6 months or more)

Position Overview

The Factory Process Worker assists with the manufacture, preparation, handling and dispatch of engineered wood and timber-based products within a factory environment. The role involves operating basic production machinery and equipment within the workshop or factory environment, supporting production processes, handling materials, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a protected and organised workplace.

Position Description

- Perform general factory,



production and labouring duties
- Operate production machinery and equipment within the workshop or factory environment
- Assist with production and manufacturing processes
- Handle, move, stack and prepare materials and products
- Assist with packing, wrapping, labelling and dispatch tasks
- Conduct basic quality checks and cleaning duties
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
- Follow workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Work across different tasks within a team environment
- Participate in training and other duties as required
