About Wellness By Tess

Wellness By Tess is a growing Australian wholefood brand making gluten-free, vegan snacks and desserts - stocked in cafés and retailers nationally, and shipped direct to thousands of online customers. As we grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive person to be the first point of contact for our customers.

The Role

A varied, hands-on role supporting both wholesale and online customers - from first enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with our founders and production team, you'll help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.

You'll:

- Manage the customer service inbox and respond to wholesale and online enquiries by phone and email,

- Process new wholesale enquiries, set up accounts, and prepare pricing, catalogues and product info,

- Liaise daily with the production and packing team to coordinate orders,

- Keep customers updated on deliveries, freight and stock; monitor couriers and resolve freight issues,

- Coordinate replacements, credits and order amendments,

- Support new product launches, promotions and wholesale comms,





- Maintain accurate customer records and help improve systems and processes.

About You

- Excellent written and verbal communication,

- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a knack for juggling priorities,

- Proactive problem-solver who stays calm in a quick-paced environment,

- Enjoys a close-knit team and collaborating with both on-site and remote members,

- Happy to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.

Experience

Background in customer service, admin, hospitality, retail, or food manufacturing is highly regarded. Experience with Shopify, Pipedrive, Xero or Ordermentum is a plus, but full training will be provided.

The Details

- $33 per hour

- Part-time - 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday), 9:00am–4:30pm

- On-site at our Waterloo office and production kitchen
