TOMRA Batemans Bay Depot is seeking a dedicated Depot Team Leader to guide daily operations, support a small crew and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example on shift, supervise activities, and maintain a protected, clean site while driving efficiency and team morale.
In this role you’ll coach staff, manage busy periods, and act as the face of the depot for customers and the local community, contributing to TOMRA’s recycling mission and local impact.
