Our client is a well-established Queensland civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering road upgrades, disaster recovery works, subdivisions and infrastructure projects across regional and remote Queensland. With a healthy pipeline of TMR, DRFA and urban development work secured, they're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to help lead the next stage of growth.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
You'll be leading crews across a mix of:
- TMR road construction and upgrades
- DRFA disaster recovery projects
- Residential subdivisions
- Bulk earthworks, drainage and civil infrastructure
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to run your site while being supported by an experienced delivery team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading site teams, subcontractors and plant crews
- Coordinating daily construction activities and short-term programmes
- Driving safety, quality and environmental compliance
- Managing productivity across multiple work fronts
- Working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers
- Maintaining site records, diaries and reporting
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and local stakeholders
- Leading from the front and creating a positive site culture
About You
You'll already be working as a Civil Supervisor or General Foreman within the Australian civil construction industry and enjoy taking ownership of your projects.
You'll ideally bring experience across:
- TMR road projects
- Subdivisions and urban infrastructure
- Bulk earthworks and drainage
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour
- Strong safety, QA and programme management
