- Work across projects from start to completion, working collaborativelywith colleagues and leading teams
- Workclosely withproject consultants and liaisewith key stakeholders to ensureclient satisfaction
- Oversee & coordinatehigh quality documentation and details
- Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
- Manage your time across multiple projects andmeet deadlines
- Ability to deliver to project milestones as scheduled
- To pursue design excellence and innovation




- Implement the processes and procedures in line with best practice

Skills and Experience

- Operating at a level equal to 10+ years professional practice experience
- Architect's Registration and Design Practitioner Registration highly desirable
- Experience dealing with clients, consultants andapproval processes
- Design eye and attention to detail
- Pastexperience on local mixed-useapartment projects
- Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases
