What you’ll be doing

- Lead estimating, cost planning, and tender preparation for commercial projects
- Engage early with clients and consultants to shape project outcomes
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and methodologies with a critical lens
- Drive value engineering and smart construction solutions
- Build and manage subcontractor pricing and relationships
- Contribute to how we improve systems, processes, and delivery

What you bring

- 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction estimating
- Strong understanding of buildability, sequencing, and methodology
- Ability to interpret drawings and develop accurate cost plans
- Experience across projects in the $1M–$15M range
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve
- Clear communication and the ability to work as part of a tight team
