We operate as a single point of engagement, providing access to a network of Indigenous recruitment specialists and industry partners across Australia.

About the role

Due to the increasing demand for iDiC’s Talent services, we are looking for an organised, energetic Recruitment Coordinator to help us deliver an exceptional hiring experience for every candidate and contractor. You will support the logistics of our hiring process, act as a point of contact for candidates and suppliers, and help identify practical ways to make our recruitment and contracting workflows clearer and more efficient. The Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in building strong relationships with our recruitment partners and in ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee or contractor. In this role you will collaborate with the Talent Lead and the broader iDiC team including the Leadership Team, on a daily basis.



This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their career in Recruitment.

Reporting to the Talent Lead, your responsibilities will include

- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate calendars to book interviews.
- Inbox Management: Monitor the Talent inbox by filing emails, actioning routine requests and escalating items where appropriate.
- Candidate and Contractor Experience: Serve as a contact for applicants, ensuring they receive timely updates and a warm welcome.
- System Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Job Postings: Publish and manage open roles on our careers page, job boards.
- Onboarding Logistics: Support onboarding, mobilisation and compliance activities, including documentation collection, background checks, working rights, offer preparation and placement commencement.
- Process Review: Monitor onboarding workflows to identify bottlenecks and suggest practical solutions to the recruitment team.
- Task Management: Manage daily scheduling (tasks & meetings) prioritising where appropriate.
- Partner & Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with and communicating professionally with our network of Indigenous owned and controlled suppliers, talent partners and internal stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

- Australian Citizenship required
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, workforce coordination, recruitment administration or agency recruitment.



It is preferred you hold recruitment or HR experience in an administrative, scheduling or coordinator role.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and SharePoint, with an openness to using AI tools such as Copilot and experience with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g. Vincere).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanour.
- Superb Organisation: Highly organised with an ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks.
- Collaborative Problem Solver: Ability to communicate ideas clearly and partner with recruiters to help implement approved workflow changes.
