A Sydney-based property development group with a significant residential pipeline (500+ apartments), offering the benefits of scale within a close-knit, high-trust team.
Perform month-end close and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure accounts are reconciled, complete, and reliable
Identify discrepancies and proactively investigate and resolve issues
Prepare and document journal entries with transparent explanations
Prepare and lodge BAS and liaise with external tax advisors
Support compliance with Australian accounting and tax requirements
Bachelor or above degree in accounting or related field required
Minimum 2–3 years’ relevant experience and able to work independently
Familiarity with Xero
Experience in property or project-based environments is advantageous but not essential
