We are seeking a motivated Trainee Recruiter / Graduate Recruiter to join our team at Brisbane Airport. This chance is well suited to a recent graduate or an early-career professional looking to develop a career in recruitment.

Previous recruitment experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, a professional approach and the ability to learn quickly. Candidates with experience in customer service, administration, sales, hospitality or other people-focused environments are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role

Working as part of our recruitment team, you will receive training and exposure across the recruitment lifecycle, including:

- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels
- Reviewing applications and identifying suitable candidates
- Conducting candidate phone screens and interviews
- Managing job advertisements and recruitment campaigns
- Building and maintaining professional candidate relationships
- Coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding activities
- Supporting pre-employment and compliance requirements
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate information
- Developing talent pipelines for current and future vacancies




- Supporting the recruitment team with client and workforce requirements

As your experience develops, you will have the opportunity to take greater ownership of recruitment assignments and work directly with clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and confident approach when dealing with people
- Solid organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative and a willingness to learn
- Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- An interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment

A qualification in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, Marketing or a related discipline would be advantageous but is not essential.
