Children's Health Queensland - Caboolture QLD
The Child Health Service (CHS) provides multidisciplinary primary community care services for children who reside in the CHQ HHS geographical area. The CHS provides a child centred, family focused health service, which includes promotion of health and development, early detection, early intervention, and care planning. This is achieved through enhancing opportunities for families to access support, developing linkages with community groups, building confidence and capability, and enhancing relationships between children and parents.
About the Role
In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values.
You'll fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award - State 2015 - Generic Level Statements (GLS) Nurse Grade 7 and the Queensland Health and Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQHHS) commitments and values, in achievement of the organisational goals and Domains of Practice.

- Domain 4: Research
- Domain 5: Professional Leadership
