The role:

We are seeking an Experienced Payroll Officer with a solid background in Commercial Construction payroll management.

You will be responsible for managing the weekly payroll across multiple projects, awards and EBA’s, including but not limited to:

- The weekly processing of payroll from end to end
- Onboarding and offboarding of new and terminated employees
- Ensuring employer reporting obligations are met
- Payroll month end processes
- Weekly Management reports
- Working with management to improve current processes
- Ensure employer compliance with ATO reporting requirements,



superannuation obligations etc
- Robust background in MYOB payroll software and add on solutions is preferable

What you need:

- Minimum of 3 years in Payroll Management in a Construction environment
- Experience in MYOB payroll software and add on solutions
- Understanding of current legislation and compliance
- Ability to work with management to improve processes
- Must be Proactive and solutions focused
- Ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and within a team
