FMH Group, a dynamic network of businesses, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the in office People & Performance team at the Underwood site. You will deliver business-focused HR solutions, partnering with managers to navigate industrial relations and organisational change across the business.
This role requires tertiary HR qualifications, at least 5 years in an HRBP role (ideally in transport), a solid understanding of Australian employment law, and strong stakeholder management.
