About The Role

Be the welcoming face of the home and the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. This is a part time role covering Wednesday to Sunday including weekends. You’ll provide friendly, professional customer service, manage calls and enquiries,



and support day ‑ to ‑ day administration to help keep the home running smoothly. You’ll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who visits

What You’ll Bring

- Administration or reception experience (desirable, but not required)
- A friendly, positive and skilled approach
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
- A reliable, proactive approach with a willingness to help
