The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Youth Outreach Case Manager to join our Bundaberg team on a 0.8 FTE, permanent basis at SCHADS Level 4. You will work with young people and young families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness, providing practical support, advocacy and genuine connection that helps them build safer, more independent futures.
We value a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, and you will support housing access, education, employment and health service connections
