As a New Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be the face of the Mercedes-Benz brand, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our customers. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, well-presented, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long‑term satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

- Proven sales experience with strong negotiation skills




- Background in retail or customer service (automotive experience not essential)
- A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- A professional, confident, and friendly approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Requirements

- Permanent residency in Australia
- A current, valid Driver’s Licence
- A clean criminal record.
- A passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and general knowledge of the automotive industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
