About the Role
The Implementations and Onboarding Manager reports directly to the National Optimisation and Enablement Manager and is responsible for leading and standardising the end-to-end implementations of CTM clients across new and existing clients. This role ensures implementations are delivered consistently, efficiently and in alignment with CTM’s national operating model and is client facing.
Beyond delivery, the role is accountable for developing scalable implementation frameworks that accelerate speed to go-live, reduce cost per transaction, drive strong customer adoption, minimise customer friction, and ensure commercial profitability.
The role serves as the critical link between Sales, Client Management, Operations, and Technology, ensuring client implementations and ongoing servicing are commercially viable, operationally sustainable, and fully aligned with CTM's product capabilities.
This position is supported by the Implementation Lead and Implementation Specialists to deliver successful client outcomes and achieve business objectives.
This role works closely with internal teams (technology, sales, operations, client management)
and external customers to ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
About You
- Provide professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Work independently and make sound decisions without requiring close supervision.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and use practical thinking to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring work is accurate and completed correctly.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in Business or related field.
- Leadership skills and experience minimum 2 years
- Strong understanding of the Sales, Client Management, Technology and Operational Processes
- At least an intermediate level of knowledge specifically on Sabre, Tramada & online booking tools gained through relevant role experience, or the ability to quickly acquire such knowledge
- An understanding of the interdependence of CTM's products/systems and how they interrelate
