Experienced Signage Production Specialist

Work on high-profile signage projects for premium brands and leading venues

We are an established Sydney signage business delivering high-quality visual solutions for premium brands, major venues, corporate environments, retail spaces and events.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in producing outstanding work, understands the importance of deadlines and quality, and enjoys working on varied, high-profile projects.

The role

Working as part of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing, producing and finishing a wide range of signage and graphics.

Your duties will include:

- Operating large-format printers, laminators, vinyl cutters and finishing equipment

- Printing, laminating, cutting and applying vinyl graphics

- Producing decals, banners, wall graphics, window graphics, wayfinding and promotional signage

- Mounting graphics to a variety of substrates

- Trimming, finishing, packing and preparing jobs for installation

- Checking colour, measurements, materials and finished quality

- Managing workflow to meet production deadlines

- Maintaining equipment and keeping the production area clean and organised

- Working closely with project managers, installers and other production staff

About you

You will have:





- Previous experience in signage, large-format printing or a related production environment

- Experience operating wide-format printers, laminators and cutting equipment

- Strong vinyl application and finishing skills

- A good understanding of signage materials, substrates, adhesives and production processes

- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

- The ability to read job sheets, measurements and production specifications

- Good time-management skills and the ability to work to deadlines

- A practical, reliable and team-focused approach

- The ability to work independently when required

- Good communication skills

- Full Australian working rights

Experience with programs such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, RIP software or similar production systems will be highly regarded.

A current driver licence and construction White Card would also be advantageous.
