An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join a progressive private medical and wellness organisation entering an exciting recent phase of growth.

This is a senior leadership position for an accomplished operator who enjoys building exceptional businesses, developing high-performing teams and creating environments where both people and organisations flourish.

Working closely with the Directors, you will assume responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the organisation, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic growth, innovation and future expansion.

Your influence will extend well beyond operations. From financial performance and business development to team culture, patient experience and organisational standards, you will play a defining role in shaping the future of the business.

The Role

This is a position of leadership, influence and accountability.

You will oversee the operational performance of the organisation while driving sustainable business growth, developing exceptional teams and ensuring every aspect of the patient experience reflects the standards upon which our reputation has been built.

the systems you establish and the consistency with which excellence is delivered throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, dermal clinicians, wellness practitioners and patient concierge professionals.

Create a workplace culture built upon professionalism, accountability, collaboration and continual improvement while supporting each team member to achieve their full potential.

Business Performance

Take ownership of the organisation’s operational and financial performance.

Monitor key business metrics, practitioner utilisation, productivity and revenue while identifying opportunities to strengthen profitability, improve efficiency and support sustainable growth.

Work alongside the Directors to implement strategic initiatives that contribute to the continued success and expansion of the organisation.

Operations

Lead the daily operations of the organisation with a focus on consistency, efficiency and continual improvement.

Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures that support exceptional service delivery, operational consistency and future scalability across the business.

Ensure every area of the organisation operates to the highest professional standard.

Unparalleled patient experience across every stage of the patient journey.

Maintain the presentation, service standards, communication and attention to detail expected within a premium private healthcare environment.

Continually identify opportunities to further elevate the experience we deliver.

About You

You are an experienced leader who enjoys building organisations rather than simply managing them.

You bring commercial awareness together with emotional intelligence, combining strategic thinking with the ability to lead people, improve systems and drive meaningful business outcomes.

You are naturally organised,



highly accountable and comfortable making decisions that positively influence both operational performance and organisational culture.

Most importantly, you understand that exceptional organisations are built through leadership, consistency and an uncompromising commitment to high standards.

Experience

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Previous leadership experience within private healthcare, specialist medical practice or another premium service environment
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs and business performance
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational improvement
- Experience developing and implementing systems, workflows and Standard Operating Procedures
- Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism and sound judgement
- Confidence leading change within a growing organisation
- Experience with practice management software and business reporting
