About the Role

The Track Operations Manager is responsible for establishing strong governance frameworks, maintenance strategies, compliance systems, and performance reporting processes that support protected, consistent, and world‑class racing outcomes.

This role is primarily strategic and administrative, focused on leadership, planning, governance, and operational excellence beyond just the day‑to‑day hands‑on supervision.
